Hi. My Z370 K6 Motherboard is making a really annoying sound when I move my mouse, the problem is present while idle on desktop and in game/during load. The sound seems to be coming from the top half of the motherboard, around the CPU socket.

Things I've tried:

Removed GPU from system.
Different USB ports.
Different Mice.
Default BIOS settings. This is much louder, turning off all CPU power savings reduces the noise by about half but it's still quite audible.

Is there anything else I can try to fix this?

Z370 K6 4.20 BIOS
9900k
EVGA G2 750W
2x8GB 3600MHz DDR4
GTX 1080
Some SSD's and HDD's
NH-D15
