I highly doubt it will be officially supported. AMD tried to exclude the 300 series with Ryzen 3000 but ended up having to provide AGESA for it to manufacturers and allowing them to decide what boards to support. This time however they were even reluctant to support 400 series boards and have extended the same now to the 400 series as they did to the 300 series last time. In other words, the only way we will likely see support for Ryzen 5000 is through 3rd party BIOS mods or if manufacturers find a way to adapt the AGESA from the 400 series to work with the 300 series. This is not an official statement, I do not speak for ASRock (or any other manufacturer), this is just my opinion based on currently available information. -------------

With any 3rd party BIOS mods .. just keep in mind you run the risk of hosing your setup.
