Hello guys !
Today I got my 5800x ryzen 7, but i saw i need to update my bios for it so I did it and pass it to p3.31 the latest, but when i try to start my computer with the 5800x, it start for like 15-20 seconds and reboot instantly and again 15-20sec etc.... i cant go to BIOS or something else, full black screen, so I go back to BIOS section on the website and i saw in yellow a little sentence says, for pinnacle ridge we need to update the bios by an other method, so, i follow step by step all the instruction, i can boot on the EFI key, i put "fs0:" its ok, but now when i try to put "cd X570_Steel_Legend" he says the folder doesn't exist i try to do "ls" and in the key i have totally nothing, no files, i try to rename the folder "X570_Steel_Legend" by something else but he deosn't appear... i dont know what to do actually exept go in shop and ask them to update my bios with a 3000 series, if someone have actually an idea, i take it !
Sorry for my bad english ^^"
See ya

Yes, i know what im doing, i did some things like that before, but this time, it doesn't work, i unzip the folder EFI at the base of my USB key, and the folder X570_Steel_Legend too, but no files in when i try to "dir" or "ls", i find a shop who im gonna go this afternoon, they gonna update my MB with a 3000 series Ryzen.

Asrock x570 Steel Legend and the latest version doesn't work on it for me. need help or need wait ?

Open a support ticket with ASRock: https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
They should be able to help you, here on the forums we can only offer advice. If there is a problem updating your board then that is something only they can help with.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Hey man, mine now finally works. I did the efi way u suggest to me. That worked fine!! Just try it again, make sure the x570 folder is directly in the drive AND in every subfolder, that way u cant miss it
