Hi there! I tried reaching out to asrock support about this but, it's been two weeks with no reply. Anyways, my usb-C port is not working on ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4. I've tried multiple devices so it's not the device. I'm running windwos 10, my bios is updated, and the usb C ports are activated in the BIOS settings. Nothing happens at all when I plug anything in. ALL OTHER USB ports work...and they share the same plug in terms of being plugged into the mobo. Any tips greatly appreciated! |

same. dumb  usb port so annoying. i updated chipsets directly from amd, still having problem.
