Hello,

I've 2 Corsair MP600 2to connected to my Asrock X570M Pro4 equiped with AMD Ryzen 9 3950X all running ubuntu 20.04 with kernel: 5.8.0-31-generic #33~20.04.1-Ubuntu

I did format namespace 1 with 4096 profile:
     root@ubuntu:~# nvme format /dev/nvme0n1 -l 1
     Success formatting namespace:1
     root@ubuntu:~#

Then I try to format create a partition on it:
     root@ubuntu:~# gdisk /dev/nvme0n1
     GPT fdisk (gdisk) version 1.0.5

     Partition table scan:
     MBR: not present
     BSD: not present
     APM: not present
     GPT: not present

Creating new GPT entries in memory.

     Command (? for help): n
     Partition number (1-128, default 1):
     First sector (6-488378640, default = 256) or {+-}size{KMGTP}:
     Last sector (256-488378640, default = 488378640) or {+-}size{KMGTP}: +16G
Current type is 8300 (Linux filesystem)
Hex code or GUID (L to show codes, Enter = 8300):
Changed type of partition to 'Linux filesystem'

     Command (? for help): w

Final checks complete. About to write GPT data. THIS WILL OVERWRITE EXISTING
     PARTITIONS!!

Do you want to proceed? (Y/N): y
OK; writing new GUID partition table (GPT) to /dev/nvme0n1.
     The operation has completed successfully.

Then I try to format it and got the following error:
     root@ubuntu:~# mkfs.ext4 /dev/nvme0n1p1
     mke2fs 1.45.5 (07-Jan-2020)
/dev/nvme0n1p1 is apparently in use by the system; will not make a filesystem here!

What am I doing wrong ?
