Hi guys, sorry for myy english, i'm italian: i have a question about my motherboard z170 extreme 4: now i have bios version 2.40, now on the page bios download, there is newer version http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170%20Extreme4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS
the version is 2.60.
My question is: if i update to 2.60, i lose the function to overclock my cpu non K ( i have i5 6500 ) , or this function is included in the 2.60 version? thanks

You say you are using UEFI/BIOS version 2.40 now, right?
The first Sky OC UEFI/BIOS is Beta version 2.43, according to the descriptions:

Version 2.40 does not say it has Sky OC. Check the version you have on the Main page of the UEFI/BIOS.
I'm 99% sure UEFI/BIOS version 2.60 will have Sky OC. I don't have your board so I cannot say I am 100% sure.
If 2.60 does not have Sky OC, you can go back to version 2.43.

2.60 should have Sky OC.
It's rare to see a BIOS revision remove an item as hard as ASRock is pushing Sky OC at the moment. Had they removed it I would imagine by now there would be posts and headlines on every forum imaginable howling of its demise.
