Had my pc for a while and decided to install Asrock A tuning utility. As it?s installing it black screens and I had to manually restart it after 30minutes. When going back into windows, everything is laggy when I move my mouse. Game go to 2fps and my desktop doesn?t function without lagging. I?ve tried uninstalling Atuning and related files, upgrading windows from media creation tool. Nothing is working. It?s nothing but THAT software that has caused this.

Hello @Ryzmic

I've been curious to ask many people, did you guys install Ryzen Chipset and use the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan?

Does it impact your usage experience?
