I updated the BIOS for my Asrock b450 pro 4 to version 4.50 today and my pc will not boot. I was updating the bios to get my ram to run at the advertised speed. When I try to boot the fans and light turn on for about 10 seconds and then stop for a second and then tun back on over and over. Does anyone know how I can get my computer to boot?
My pc:
Ryzen 5 3600
1650 super
asrock b450 pro 4
16 gb g.skill ripjaws v 3200mhz

unplug power and then hit and hold power button for a few seconds to discharge all residual power from your setup .. clear cmos and pull one stick of RAM out leaving only 1 stick in the A2 slot.

Power back on and see if it boots up. If it does, flash back to v. 4.20. If it doesn't ..swap RAM sticks and try again.

On the 2 x570 motherboards I have .. the newer BIOS's with Ryzen 3000 series .. RAM speeds/capability have been horrid/worse

Unfortunately, you have get it to boot first before you can flash back with your motherboard.

Perhaps unplug the power and remove the CMOS battery and let it sit over night and then put the battery back in, plug power back to it and then see if it fires up.

That has worked for others in the past
