I have AsRock X99 Extreme3
i7 6850K
128GB RAM ADATA
2xRTX 3090 installed on PCIe Slot 1 and 3
and a Samsung 970 Evo plus

I have a 40 lanes CPU

still, I'm not getting full speed on the nvme, only getting about 400MBps read/write speed

I'm running Ubuntu 18.04

and using the command rsync to copy-paste files to check the file transfer rate with progress.
