Asrock B450 Steel Legend
Ryzen 5 2600x
Asrock Radeon RX 5500 XT Phantom Gaming
2x 8Gb Corsair Vengence 2400
Corsair CS450M
2 Acer 1920x1080p monitors
Corsair 4000D White
My card does not show up as an option in the Polychrome app.

Regarding your case, please download and install the latest Polychrome from the following link.
https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v2.0.83).zip
If still does not work, please check the graphics card RGB is on or not.

Man my polychrome updated the asrock video card rgb and when I turn on the pc the video card rgb does not light up, only when I open the polychrome, and it is not detected by the polychrome program. When I installed the polychrome of the motherboard it updated the RGB firmware and must have updated the video card tbm and got the colors of the RGB that was configured. Stell Legend B450M asrock phantom gaming rx 5500 xt 8GB rgb I wanted to reset the graphics card RGB but I still haven't found anything. I installed the most updated I did this procedure and to no avail.
1º: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin
2º: .\wICPFLASHADSBv2.exe/File=nu51_3.04

It worked for me. I'm happy.
Mine is RX5500XT.
But mine kept updating all the time I needed to use CTRL + C To exit after I completed 100%
I'm using polychrome version V.2.0.96 (Fimware) v.3.4
