Dear Kinzsz, Thank you for choosing ASRock. Please refer to the following steps to try. 1. Install the latest VGA driver from AMD official site. 2. Use LED On/Off Switch to turn off the LED once and turn on again. 3. Download and install the latest Polychrome SYNC 1.0.14. Dear Kinzsz, Please check if the RGB software can be turned on. If it does not turn on, please follow the steps to verify. 1. Boot up the system and run the Radeon software. 2. Close the Radeon software. 3. Make sure the LED On/Off switch is on. 4. Download the following tool and unzip it. https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX6800XT_PGD.zip 5. Run command prompt as Administrator. 6. Run Verify.cmd and take a screenshot. 7. Run Update_RX6800_XT_PG.cmd. same problem here, and i tried update the Update_RX6800_XT_PG.cmd but it say Fail on to Jump to LDROM |

I'm having the exact or very similar problem. I have the ASRock 6800 XT Taichi, just got it today from Newegg, downloaded the two programs (Tweak and ASRGBLED), and while Tweak seems to work, the ASRGBLED popped open the first two times, but now it's not even recognizing that I have an ASRock GPU. Even when it opened the first time, I tried changing the color settings, and no matter what I chose, it wouldn't change on the GPU. My PC is still recognizing that I have a 6800 XT, but it's not saying ASRock anywhere. I'm not sure if there's anywhere I can check to see if the PC will recognize a partner-brand GPU vs just the stock name. I suppose as long as it runs well, it's fine, but it's a bit worrisome that something so simple is not working.. |

That link doesn't work, just tried it. However, on the plus side, I booted my PC up this morning and tried it, not the beta but the other one, and it worked. Not only did it detect it, but changing the colors in the program actually changed it on the card. Don't know why it works all of a sudden though.. |
