have this error at boos the problem is i cant continue to windows it just show splash screen then reboots,. my motherboard is

G41M-VS3 rev2.00
i tried to flash bios with latest version but still got the error, tried the mac tool where you manually change it but get this message

would a defective onboard lan create this problem? i was using a pci lancard with this motherboard,...
