Hey, I wanted to change VRAM from 500mb to like 1/2GB but i cant find that option on BIOS

iam using A320M-HDV R4.0 and A8 9600

Try this
Advanced\
AMD CBS\
    NBIO Common Options\
      GFX Config
        IGC : Forces
        UMA Mode : UMA_Spec
        UMA Frame Buffer : 512 MB

I hope the layout on your motherboard BIOS is similar to newer motherboards

The problem is there no AMD CBS in tab ADVANCE

i bought this mobo new, do i need like update BIOS first?

Hm, manual shows it exists: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/A320M-HDV%20R4.0.pdf
However manual itself is extremely vague. It is possible manual is updated for latest BIOS version. However, with your CPU, it is a pure minefield when updating to newer versions. Only initial BIOS version has no yellow warning/conditional update messages:

What is the reason for VRAM increase? FYI, the more VRAM will not increase gaming performance at all for such old APU

saya juga baru beli mobo asrock a320m HDV R.4 dan saya juga sering ganti versi bios untuk upgrade VRAM dan oveclock RAM. tapi saya tidak menemukan AMD CBS untuk setting VRAM.
apakah ada solusi lain untuk masalah ini? saya mengira bahwa motherboard saya error

I also just bought a asrock a320m HDV R.4 mobo and I also frequently change the bios version to upgrade VRAM and Oveclock RAM. but I can't find AMD CBS for VRAM setting.
is there any other solution to this problem? I think my motherboard has an error
