I am in the process of a high-performance build. The display output for the Asrock B450 does not seem to be working.

The lights for the B450, GPU, and all 4 fans turn on when the power is on.

Steps I have taken already:

- Tested the motherboard with CPU power only and it is not DoA.
- Tested the motherboard with CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD (both) and 4 fans installed and there is no display w/ HDMI in the motherboard HDMI slot.

My build parts are the following:

- ASRock B450M Steel Legend Socket AM4/ AMD Promontory B450/ DDR4/ Quad CrossFireX/ SATA3&USB3.1/ M.2/ A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard
- AMD Ryzen 5 1600 65W AM4 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler
- NVIDIA GeForce 2060 RTX
- Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN550 NVMe Internal SSD - Gen3 x4 PCIe 8Gb/s, M.2 2280, 3D NAND, Up to 2,400 MB/s - WDS100T2B0C
- OLOy DDR4 RAM 16GB (2x8GB) 3000 MHz CL16 1.35V 288-Pin Desktop Gaming UDIMM (MD4U083016BJDA)
- PNY CS900 240GB 3D NAND 2.5" SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - (SSD7CS900-240-RB)
- ARESGAME Power Supply 500W 80+ Bronze Certified PSU (AGV500)
- Phanteks Eclipse (PH-EC300PTG_BK) Steel ATX Mid Tower Tempered Glass Case, Black

You have Ryzen 1600, which does not have iGPU inside, so your motherboard output has no source to pick up the feed :) It is there in case you install one of the CPUs with iGPU, like 2400G or equivalent from 3000 series

Not according to the CPU support list. ;)

UPDATE: I replaced the power supply with a Corsair CX Series 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (CP-9020102-NA) and it fits perfectly.

I am still getting the same issue.

Maybe it is something simple :)

Ryzen 1600 does not have integrated GPU :)
The link you provided shows all the CPUs which are supported by your motherboard, not the ones which have iGPU inside :)

If CPU does not have iGPU inside of it, there is nothing to display for motherboard. Use your discrete GPU connectors for display

I have the identical problem with my WD Blue SN550 NVMe

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
ASRock B450 PRO4
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650
WD Blue SN550 NVMe

Computer turns on and fans spin but there is no video signal via HDMI when NVMe card is installed in M2_1 or M2_2. Doesn't matter if I'm plugged into discrete graphics or MOBO HDMI, no signal.

Computer boots to windows with conventional SSD plugged into SATA3_1 and video signal transmits.

RMA?
