I purchased an ASRock TPM (AsRock Rack TPM2-S Accessory TPM 2.0 Module TPM Module NUVOTON NPCT650 17 Pin) device for use in Windows 10 with BitLocker.

The device is detected in Windows, but drivers are not automatically installed.

The ASRock device page for that device lists no downloads or drivers.
