Thanks in advance

it might boot and work with it
BUT
a 980ti would be totally wasted and throttled by that board/ram/cpu

i would suggest at least grab an am3.ddr3 board from ebay to use
which would still be throttling a 980ti even using a fx8350/and faster ddr3 ram

(but im saying this assuming you have the option of a 980ti)

given the current pc market etc
the 980ti is the only option out of the parts you have or get for am3 worth using
if you have to buy a new board then move on to the am4 ryzen platform

thanks mate,
yeah, 980Ti on this motherboard is definitely a waste, but 980Ti is actually the last video card that can support windows xp. i just want a toppest graphic card on this amazing motherboard. i prepared 16GB rams for it. and i am working on installing windows 7 on it as well.

i just even try to play PUBG on it, crazy ? i dont think CPU is a bottleneck, as long as i have 16GB ram and GTX980Ti. i want to give it ago.

so right now, i want double confirm with those who had used GTX980Ti with Alivedual-esata2 board, and confirm if it works or not.

couple of days ago, i tried this video card with 4coredual-sata2, but it even cannot be booted. some people said 4coredual only support PCIE2.0 card. even PCIE3.0 is compatible.
