my specs
asus p8z68 - lx
12 gb ddr3 ram
intel i5 3570k
asrock 5500 xt phantom gammg D 8gb

i cant get the program for the rgb to work at all it always says there's no card installed for the program anyone have any support on this?

Regarding your case, which Polychrome RGB version you have installed.
Does the RGB LED on the graphics card light up?

ive tried every version of the polychrome and none work the card will only light up green and that all.

Have you installed any other RGB LED software?
Please help to uninstall other utility and only installed the Polychrome SYNC to try.

hi i dont have any other program for rgb and ive contacted asrock and there doing a rma replacement for the card.
