Hi,

Just got my J5040-ITX today together with 2x Crucial CT8G4SFS824A (8 GB modules). While being on the QVL list the modules aren't working for me. Tried with 2 modules and only 1 at the time in slot A, only got 3 beeps (memory error) and no video signal. Does anyone know which modules (2x8 Gb) are actually working on this board?

What is the Status?
I have the same problem - same board - same RAM (but not checked what the beeper means)

The beep means memory error, I bought a Kingston kit (HX426S15IB2K2/16) which works fine.

The same here, same mobo and same ram.
I bought HX424S14IBK2/8 and I will try with it

Today I mounted a speaker but I have no beeps with ram mounted.

Today i received "HX424S14IB2K2/16" -> Works with my Mainboard!
So i will return the old Crucial-Memory to my dealer....
