Hey,

So, i just finished building my new pc
B550 Pro4
Ryzen 5 5600x
SSD Adata XPG Spectrix S40G 512GB M.2
2x Adata XPG Spectrix D41 8GB 3000MHz DDR4 RAM
GA P550B PSU

The thing is, when i select the usb with the ISO from the BOOT List to do a fresh install on the ssd, all that happens is that i get stuck on the screen with the win10 logo and nothing happens

Any suggestions on what i can do ?

Linkindorf, are you booting from a USB2 or USB3 port? I've read that it makes a difference, and I've read that it doesn't. So, if you've tried booting from a USB3 port, switch to a USB2 port and see if the Windows install will continue.

Some seem to think USB3 drivers are not native to Win10 ISO. I don't know for sure, but it makes sense to try a USB2 port. Also, use a port off the back of the motherboard, rather than one on your case front.

Did you create your USB boot stick from Windows 10 Media Creation Tool?

Agree, use the Media Creation Tool to make a bootable disk. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
I have used a USB 3.0 flash drive in a USB 3.0 port to install Windows so whether it's a 2.0 or 3.0 should not make a difference. It may if you are flashing the bios.
Someone else posted the same problem with the same MB and solved it by updating the bios. Try that.
