I bought a 5700 XT taichi 8gb Oc+ recently and it shows a very bad gpu usage on most games I play.

Specs:

16gb ram.
ryzen 5 1600.
psu: 750w gold gygabite.
a320m-hd.

I have no clue to why the gpu usage is so low, I've tried nearly everything, it only increases to ~100 when I increase the resolution scaling or the resolution it self using super resolution.
