Asrock has to have the worst support I've seen in 30 years of computing. Jan 8th my son's board died. I go to the support site, no rma form, just an email. Jan 12th, days later, they send me a link to a rma form. I fill it out and send multiple emails asking for the rma number so I can send it off. Jan 20th they say the serial is wrong and to send the correct one. Well their is only one number on the board and it matches nothing on their site that shows what their serial numbers look like. Now I suppose I have to wait another 10 days for a reply. So now who knows when the board will be rma'd.

The boards serial number is on a label on the box it came in.

Box had long since been discarded. There is a small label on the bottom right of the board with no differentiation between the two numbers printed. And that does still not excuse their poor customer service. 15 days to issue a number with 4-5 between emails? EVGA responded within 1 day and had a new PSU to me in 3 days. These guys cannot even reply to a request in 3 days. All I know is when the replacement does come, I won't buy another ASRock product. I build a new system every 2 years for myself and every 3 for my son and daughter. Asrock won't be in any of them after this.

This is one reason I save the original containers for my PC parts.
