is there any chance that a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650g could run on a X470D4U mainboard is this impossible?

I would not buy this chip specifically for the X470D4U as there is already an onboard graphics processor and there is no "video out" port for an APU to be used on this board. The VGA out is strictly for the ASPEED AST2500 chip.

If you already have it, and want to make use of the onboard graphics, the X470D4U is not the board for you.
