Subject: New Asrock J5040 doesn't boot or beep

Hello,
I'm building a mini pc using:

- Asrock j5040 itx motherboard
- Antec ISK 110 itx case 90w
- Crucial 8gb ddr4 RAM CT8G4SFS824A

I connected power ram, btn, leds, hdaudio, usb and hdmi. The led power on but no output on hdmi port.
I tried to remove the ram but it doesn't beep or anything. It seems died.
I tried to clear CMOS too but without success.

What happens?
Thanks you

Hey did you guys ever figure out a solution?
My old board Asrock Q1900 (Celeron J1900 embedded) died so I ordered the J5040 from Amazon with Patriot 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 (shows as DDR4 2400 in BIOS).
When it boots and I go into BIOS, i can see the USB flash drive and SATA drives.
The SATA drives are not shown as a boot option though.
And when I try to boot (default or override) from USB flash drive, it freezes (clock on bottom right even stops).
