I have new J5040-ITX board.

1. I connect front panel cable to USB_0_1 connector on the board.
Additional usb ports work OK.

2. I disconnect the panel above and connect additional usb ports cable to USB3_0_1 connector on the board.
Again, additional usb ports work OK.

3. I connect both of them together.
The computer boots, but none of the 4 additional usb ports work properly:
- bios/uefi interface does not detect bootable usb flash drive in any of these 4 ports;
- windows 10 says "device not recognized" trying to use any of these 4 ports.

In brief: both connectors work alone, but they do not work together.

I also have J5005-ITX board. It behaves the same.
How can I make it work?

Hi!

I got j5040 motherboard ,several days ago.
I tried to install Ubuntu,but I could not.
I tried low level format to USB memory and SSD,however could not run.
Many USB errors occurred.
Finally I pulled out one memory, and succeeded install Ubuntu.

So I found memory control is too bad.
