I purchased an ASRock B450M Pro4 last year in February. I ended up upgrading to a B550 when the announcement of the new ryzen cpus were announced. Everything was working fine when I originally used the B450M Pro4 motherboard. Yesterday when I finally got around to building a new PC with my B450M Pro4, I started having issues with the audio drivers. I am unable to have it notice my headset in either front audio or via motherboard. I have tried to run the drivers from the Realtek website since it wasn't working through the ASRock website. Any suggestions to get the audio issue resolved.
Current parts are Motherboard: B450M Pro4 CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x Ram: 16GB (2x8GB) G. Skill RipJaw V 3200Mhz Boot: Inland 256 M.2 NVMe Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD

Windows 10 - 64. just updated the bios, did a fresh install and installed the realtek drivers. they do not show up in the device manager but show up in the apps & features and am not able to download the realtek audio control from windows store. A usb headset works but not a 3.5m headset.

why different audio drivers, the only driver to download from realtek is the HD audio driver that supports many recent realtek controllers
