Question is with my new Asrock B550 Gaming motherboard is there a way of getting M.2 NVME PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 speed out of a Gen 3.0 x2 16Gb/s Slot?
Crystal Disk Info 8.8.9 x64 told me I have Gen 3.0 x2 16Gb/s
I want my Weijinto to be 2200MB/s Sequential read while I wait for Reletech SSD.
I optimize and TRIM my Solid State Drives with the optimize drive.
28 days from now a Reletech 5000 Mb/s M.2 NVME SSD will be dropped at my door. I bought off aliexpress.com it goes into 1 x Hyper M.2 Socket (M2_1)
- 1 x M.2 Socket (M2_3), supports M Key type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s module and M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen3 x2 (32 Gb/s)**

I put the MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max in it in a Fractal Design Focus G.
I was getting 414.16 MB/s speed with AMPCOM expansion card and a Kingdian M.2 NVME 512GB PCIe 3.0 x4 ssd.
AMPCOM M.2 NVMe SSD Express Card M Key to PCIE 3.0 X4 Adapter External SSD Support 230-2280 Size M.2 FULL SPEED.
Second Build February 24, 2021.
Asrock B550 Gaming Phantom 4.
Olmaster MR-8801 Drive bay for 2 2.5 inch SSD and 1 3.5 inch mechanical hard drive.
I reused my 2x8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000 Ram.
Coolmaster5 Case.
Reuse EVGA RTX 2060.
Ballmer sold 30 Surface Pro laptops for 300 Reletech 7000 MB/s Gen 4.0 x16 32GB/s. That part sold out on aliexpress.com. Says it was for Weather satellites.

I compliment Taiwan and China with the development of fast M.2 NVME SSD.

M2_1 slot supports gen4x4 speeds, M2_3 only supports gen2x4 max
Make sure to set PCIe/GFX Lanes Configuration in BIOS AMD PBS Settings to x8x4x4
