Hello all,
I'm new to the forum and I need some help/advice
I bought the b450m pro4 last 2 weeks, because my original mobo and ram, I had to send to rma, I didn't OC my cpu but I overclooked my ram (while having the new mobo, i didn't overclook my ram because I was testing out my rig) story short, look like my PSU acted very weird and my system started to crash/freeze. So when I received my ram with the new mobo, everything was fine, system was running pretty good, but when I launched Warzone, the system freeze and I had to reset again, then, now the mobo won't boot or show any post signs. In fact, I already did all the troubleshoot like removing the battery, resetting the CMOS, changing the ram to another slot using just one (the ram is brand new literally)
What do I do£ Should I RMA the CPU too£ P.S: I bought the new mobo from amazon, I still have the chance to change/replace. The MOBO say in the box Ryzen 3000 ready so...
My rig:
Ryzen 5 3600 AMD MSI 5500XT Corsair 550W Bronze Semi modular / EVGA 500W white (this psu was giving problems) G.Skill 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz
I appreciate your time

does the system appear to power on£ Fans spin ..etc£
Normally with 2 sticks of RAM they go into slots A2/B2 .. you can try with just one stick of RAM in A2 and see if it boots .. if it doesn't, try the other stick in A2 .. if still doesn't boot .. you can try re-seating all your components and try booting again ..if still doesn't .. I'd remove everything from the case and setup on a non conductive surface and hook up just bare essentials and short out power pins with a screw driver to boot system and see if it boots or not ..
If you have another PSU, video card .. other sticks of RAM to test with ..then try swapping out components to see if you can pinpoint the troubled part

Hello!,
Thank you for your response, As I state before, I did all the step you said and nothing, even I test it out without ram and the system keep rebooting and/or without showing any post, sadly I don't have any spare parts available (CPU,GPU,RAM). The gpu just turn on the RGB light, no fan spinning and for the cpu, only the fan. Indeed, I disarm everything and I put them together and nothing, same issue. I think I'm going to rma everything (except for the mobo), the system only had one year of full use :(
