Hi ho,
I have a question to which I couldn't find an answers just googling along.
We have an H110 pro btc+. We started with a 'cheap' 850w PSU that had multiple molex inputs. Through those we connected the molex inputs on the motherboard itself and everything worked all nice.
Now we upgraded the amount of cards, and so we needed to upgrade the PSU. Problem is that the new PSU does not have any molex input cables. But when we try to power the two molex inputs on the MB using a 6-PCI-e pin to multiple molex splitter it wouldn't start.
Anyone else have had this problem£
Love to hear what possible solution might be.

PCI-E power connectors supply only +12VDC (yellow) and ground (black).
Molex power connectors supply +12VDC (yellow), +5VDC (red), and ground (black).
Without testing, my guess is the lack of +5V signal. You could try SATA->Molex connectors.
Safety note: Molex allows for more amps current draw than SATA. If you're using powered PCI-E "USB" risers (vs. unpowered ribbon cable risers) I'd expect current draw would be within spec but I have no way of knowing. If you want to play it safe they make dual SATA -> single Molex power adapters.
