Sorry if this has been asked before.
I have a B550 Razer, in the bios I set the rgb to static, save it (also to the MCU bit), log into windows okay, and it stays static, when I then shutdown, it switches back to rainbow cycle (I'm not fussed if the RGB stays on while off), and booting back up it stays at rainbow cycle.
I have uninstalled the asrrgbsync program, but it still keeps doing it.

Synapse can't seem to control it. Is it perhaps one of the other ASRock installed programs causing it, like the A-tuning program£
