Hi

On advice I purchased an ASROCK B640 PCb and i7 CPU, corsair 16 gig ram and Logitech B100 mouse. I continue to use the ATI Devil R9270X VGA card as it good.

I installed windows 10 on this board as it would not accept Windows 7 even when told it would work OK.

The first problem was the mouse kept haging on programs.

Doing a Con/alt Del and opening Task manger without clsicking on anything solved this.

However it happens every few minutes£

I eventually with great difficulty managed to actually find a logitech Driver that did work better than the Win 10 Microsoft driver.

Win 10 started to do its update thing and eventually finished.

I switched off the PC and started up with an F2 and DEL key to go into the BIOS, neither works

DEAD as a doornail.

There is no way to get in the BIOS it goes to the win 10 startup every time£££

I tried the SHIFT key trick and the BIOS loaded but of course the mouse does not work so that is no good, nor does the keyboard.

I only upgraded as I wanted to use some 8T Toshiba drives and the old M/B did not like them.

I used an ASUS z97 Pro and win 7 for years with no problem.

Can anyone sugest anything rather than fighting the store for a full refund and a return to what actually worked from ASUS.

this is my first Asrock product and I am VERY disappointed so far.

thanks
Phil
