I've just completed a new build and when booting it is constant power looping every 25 seconds. No BIOS on my monitor, Fans are spinning. No beeps

I've tried the basic stuff:
- remove the ram, USB ports, PCI card

all the same => power looping. no beeps, fans spinning.

When i disconnect the CPU power cable, the power cycle stops. fans still spinning, no beeps, no bios.

any other suggestions or is this a dead on arrival and should I RMA£

You need to have the UEFI on your board updated to at least 1.2 as the R5 3600 wasn't supported with the initial release UEFI. https://asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M%20Pro4-F/index.asp#BIOS" rel="nofollow - https://asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M%20Pro4-F/index.asp#BIOS
