Why there are many name of it ? and what meaning of them ?

Those are all different boards with the same Celeron N3150 CPU onboard. The N3150M is micro ATX and uses regular DDR3 RAM where the N3150B-ITX is an ITX board and uses DDR3 SODIMMs (laptop memory) for example.
