My VGA has this problem..fan not spinning in idle and during gaming, and then the temp goes very high, 90 degrees ..I have updated all drivers and checked all cables..what's the problem?

Regarding your question, kindly download the ASRock Tweaker Software and adjust the fan settings to see if it will work.

If it does not work, please try to flash the vBIOS to the L02.

Ashan,
I would go into the AMD software in the tuning section:
Enable Fan Tuning
Disable Zero RPM Mode
Enable Advanced fan control
Modify your fan curves as you wish
That worked for me!
