I noticed that the 9.3.0.127 drivers from AMD are not compatible with AMD-RAID on the TRX40D8-2N2T with the 20H2.5 Windows 10 x64 Enterprise installation media (WinPE install environment), I had to use the https://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp%3cModel=TRX40D8-2N2T#Download" rel="nofollow - 9.2.0.127 drivers from ASRock . Posting this in case anyone else tries to do what I do.
