(Germany) I want to install a Wifi-card for my M.2 Key-E slot. The guide also mentions the slot supporting "2230 Wifi/Bt module" and "Intel CNVi". I chose the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 as it checks all the boxes. Problem: It doesnt work - I thought it would come with an antenna, it didn't.
- Should I buy a new card that includes an antenna? If yes what card would you recommend? - Should I buy antennas for the card? I have no Idea what antennas to buy tho.
Thank you for your time and help in advance!
The card I bought: https://www.amazon.de/Intel-Wireless-AC-9560-Netzwerkadapter-9560-NGWG-NV/dp/B07FDZDKMK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top%3cie=UTF8" rel="nofollow - https://www.amazon.de/Intel-Wireless-AC-9560-Netzwerkadapter-9560-NGWG-NV/dp/B07FDZDKMK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
The kind of antennas I am talking about: https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B08GF4FK8P/ref=sr_1_5%3c__mk_de_DE=%3cM%3cŽ" rel="nofollow - https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B08GF4FK8P/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_de_DE=?M?Ž ??&dchild=1&keywords=m.2+wifi+key-e+antenna&qid=1621329231&sr=8-5

Guten Tag,
I just purchased the same motherboard and have the same question.
Did you ever find a solution for this?
I am thinking it might be easier just to buy a PCI Express Bluetooth / Wifi Combo instead.
Regards,
Paul

Hi West Swan and Hallohannes,
Thank you for your post.
We tested Intel Wireless-AC 9560 with H570M Pro4 in our lab.
The Wifi card is working fine on the motherboard.
Please power off the system and cut off the AC power, and then reinstall the WiFi/BT module, this will help the system to reset your WiFi module.
Also, Please try to install the below drivers under OS. 1. Intel INF driver: https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Intel/INF/INF%28v10.1.18634.8254_Public%29.zip" rel="nofollow - https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Intel/INF/INF(v10.1.18634.8254_Public).zip 2. Intel IME driver: https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Intel/Others/ME%28v15.0.21.1549_CONS_SW_DCH%29.zip" rel="nofollow - https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Intel/Others/ME(v15.0.21.1549_CONS_SW_DCH).zip 3. Intel WiFi 22.50 driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html" rel="nofollow - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html 4. Intel BT 22.70 driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10.html" rel="nofollow - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10.html
About the antennas, please select combo with Male RP-SMA to Female U.FL RF Coaxial Cable.
Without the antennas, your WiFi card will be hard to receive WiFi signals.
All the best ASRock TSD
