no display . system restarting every 25-30 seconds.

things i tried
different psu

cmos reset

removing all components except PSU CPU and MOBO (no beeps)

different PSU cable

anything more to try before returning the mother bored?

ASROCK Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac

ryzen 2200g

try just one stick of RAM ..

Are you using the DP or HDMI port?

Have you tried setting up on non-conductive surface outside of case with just the motherboard and PSU and see if it will boot? (use screw driver or similar to jump power pins)

tried with 1 ram on B2 slot. didn't fix it.

also tried outside the case, same problem.

i had to to return the bored.

anything more i could try?

i didn't had other CPU just PSU and with the other PSU still restart every 30 seconds.
