In preparation for the required TPM 2.0 in Windows 11, I want to install a TPM module.

I have an x399 Taichi + 2920x. Is this as simple as buying a https://www.amazon.com/ASRock-TPM2-S-Module-Motherboard-V2-0/dp/B06XPR5943" rel="nofollow - ASRock TPM2-S module, installing it, then enabling in the bios?

It seems https://hothardware.com/news/microsoft-windows-11-tpm-requirement-scalpers-seeing-green" rel="nofollow - the scalpers have already started buying up TPM modules, so I wanna make sure this will satisfy the W11 requirements before paying too much for one of these

I'm pretty sure, that you don't to buy a tpm module.
Go into the bios, advanced, cpu configuration and activate AMD fTPM switch.
I also have a x399 Taichi with an AMD 2920X and the compatibility check WhyNotWin11 says "TPM 2 recognized".
