Polychrome v2.0.38 Taichi x570 RAM Antec Katana 7-series, 3600 Mhz (AM4U36188G11-7DKR)
Bios P4.0 CPU Ryzen 5900x

I am having issues with Polychrome detecting the DRAM, and cannot set the RGB on my RAM. It is stuck on the default rainbow. I believe? this RAM is on the supported list for this mobo. It is just the RAM not being detected/not being able to set the RGB. I can set RGB on my other components.
I have tried a few versions of Polychrome, including the beta v2.0.100 listed on the mobo support page: https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/x570%20taichi/#Download" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/x570%20taichi/#Download
This is a new build without any other rgb software. I have tried: 1. Uninstalling Polychrome, restarting, reinstalling (different versions), running WriteFW.bat in C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin
2. Unseating my RAM and plugging it back in.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

edit 2: I've tried using different RAM, the g.skill neo trident, but am encountering then same issue. I cannot set the RGB on the RAM, and have also tried using g.skill own rgb software. It is stuck on rainbow.

Update: I have resolved the issue(s) by:
1. Followed the instructions in the G.Skill forum, by uninstalling Polychrome and cleaning all files outlined here: https://www.gskill.us/forum/forum/product-discussion/ddr4/trident-z-rgb/161217-trident-z-rgb-software-clean-uninstall-guide-for-v1-06-68" rel="nofollow - https://www.gskill.us/forum/forum/product-discussion/ddr4/trident-z-rgb/161217-trident-z-rgb-software-clean-uninstall-guide-for-v1-06-68
2. After wiping the files mentioned in my ProgramData, I used CCcleaner to clean my registry.
3. Completely shutdown my rig, waited a few mins, rebooted.
4. Downloaded G.Skill's RGB software. My RAM RGB changed from a waving rainbow to static rainbow after opening up the software. I could then finally change the rgb to whatever I wanted through the g.skill software.
5. The G.skill software works for both the original Antec ram and the G.skill Trident ram RGB.
I might try redownloading polychrome, as I don't want to go through my BIOS every time I want to change the mobo rgb. Best of luck to anyone encountering similar issues, hope this helps.
