Encountered a very strange issue when I am moving my existing Windows 10 (UEFI SSD) installation to the new motherboard ASRock H510M-HVS R2.0.

[ Issue seen ]
Windows 10 keeps crashing and reboots until BSOD is seen. However, the system is able to enter safe mode.

[ motherboard/hardware info ]
1. ASRock H510M-HVS R2.0 (UEFI P1.0)
2. Intel i3-10105 3.7GHz
3. 500G SSD (Samsung)
4. 2x16GB DDR4 RAM (Kingston)
5. Attach a 1080p monitor (Samsung) via HDMI

[ Software/Driver info ]
1. Windows 10 Pro version 21H1 (Build 19043.1165)
2. Chipset INF driver: v10.1.18634.8254
3. Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver: 27.20.100.9200
4. Realtek LAN driver: 10.45.928.2020
5. Realtek Audio driver: 6.0.9075.1

[ observation/hints ]
1. When installing the updated display driver (Intel UHD 630), Windows 10 suddenly freezes and auto-reboots. Then, it causes repeated boots until BSOD is seen with a menu of recovery options.
2. Safe mode can start the Windows.
3. If Intel UHD 630 driver is uninstalled completely (delete driver option selected), the next boot will be fine. Under device manager, "Microsoft Basic Driver Adaptor" is seen.
4. keeping the network disabled will keep "Microsoft Basic Driver Adaptor" intact, i.e. windows starts normally.
5. However, with network-enabled, windows will auto-update and apply Intel UHD 630 driver automatically, replacing "Microsoft Basic Driver Adaptor" to "Intel UHD Graphics 630" driver. During installing, it repeats step 1), i.e. freezes and reboots again.

Trying hard to troubleshoot the issue a whole day with no luck. Hope to identify the issue and get some advice from this forum. Many thanks in advance.

I am replying to myself in case somebody encountered this similar issue.

Since the crash was not seen in safe mode, it seemed it was due to driver conflicts caused by non-Microsoft vendors. Too complicated to identify the problematic drivers and thus I reset the PC and re-install Windows 10 fresh.

Now, both onboard integrated Intel 630 and GT730 can work together without system crash.
