Installed and enabled TPM2 but under current status it says support turned off. How can I get the TPM working?

contact ASRock support and ask for a bios update for the 970m pro3 board that may add TPM2 support

Support says that they no longer provide Bois updates for this board. So if you have this board your SOL for TPM2.
