Hi all,

I recently bought 2 new Kingston Budget RAM, 8GB each, model number is KVR26N19S8/8.

I currently have 2 of them already, so I have 16GB, was hoping to up it to 32GB. Unfortunately, when I plug in both RAMs, my PC crashes & doesn't even get to the boot screen.

However, if I plug in just 1 of the new RAMs, giving me 24GB of total RAM, Windows shows only 7GB is usable.

Is there any way for me to get 32GB of RAM or am I doomed with 2 extra unusable RAMs?

I forgot to mention that I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (Pinnacle Ridge) & have updated the BIOS to version 4.20.
