Board model: b550m pro4
BIOS version: p2.20
CPU: ryzen 5 3600
RAM: t-force dark za 3600

Notes: usb at pc case not detected by windows 10 after i update the bios, but the bios detect the usb, and i can charge my phone through that usb but the windows not detect it

Inlaw,

If you go open Device Manager, do you see hardware that lists as Other Decides or unknown? How about anything that has a yellow exclamation point?

I would try downloading the latest chipset for your motherboard, removing the currently installed chipset, and reinstalling the new (latest) chipset.
