MB Asrock z490 steel legends RGB still turn on forever even i shutdown pc. How to fix this ?

Thank you for your post.

About your requirement, please go to BIOS\Advanced\Chipset Configuration and switch "Turn On Onboard LED in S5" to disable.

After that, LED will not turn on the system if off.
