I have a new Setup
Steel Legend X570
Ryzen 7 5800X
Corsair Dominator 16 GB 3600Mhz
My Post Status Checker RAM and CPU lights red!
Why?

First guess: Bios not updated its very unlikely that the Steel Legend Supports the 5800X out of the box.
