Evening .. since I have had a problem for 2 days that it has lost my BIOS settings after every restart, I thought I would use Flash to test the latest version 4.40

Info about not updating at "* ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if you are going to use Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU on your system." had read

3700X is "Matisse" so nothing should go wrong ...

Update ran cleanly via USB stick as always .. after a restart computer on off on off on off .. he does that now permanently .. debug displays stay off -.-
