Z490M-ITX/ac - ASRock

This happens all the time and i did not have this issue in the beginning, BIOS is the same.

FIX is that i need to try start from Sleep mode (nothing happens just case lits up) then i shut it off and then every thing powers up as usual when i restart, every time. But as soon i get in to sleep mode it is not possible to wake up after some time.

Also i think this happens after some time in sleep mode when some pats are cooled down. If i do it at once there is no problem.
