Hi.
bios does not detect the "SATA HD". I have also 2x ssd and a NVMe and no problem with them.
I updated the bios to the latest version, but nothing.
I checked all cables... they are look good.
Any tips?

Regarding your problem, we would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify.
1. Clear CMOS by referring to user manual page. 27.

2. Only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, Graphic card, SATA SSD and boot into BIOS\Advance\Storage Configuration to check if the SSD appears under this page.
3. Connect the SSD to each SATA port by turns to check if the problem relate to specific SATA connector.

Hi, I have a similar problem, I have a new build, B550M PRO4 mobo, Samsung 970 EVOPlus SSD, 23GB G.Skill DDR4 memory. It doesn't seem to recognize any drives. ( I tried an older SSD plugged into one of the sata ports, doesn't see it either)When I go into the Advanced/storage configuration, all sata ports say "not present". I tried the nvme M.2 in both mounting locations starting with location 1 under the heat sink, nothing for either location.
Any help is appreciated,
