I believe this is what you're looking for to use for the AR8152. I say believe as I don't see the AR8152 specifically in either tool. But give 'em a try if they ar newer version(s) that you have there now.
MAC Tool v1.17f and 1.61b http://www.asrock.com/support/Download/MacTool.asp" rel="nofollow - http://www.asrock.com/support/Download/MacTool.asp
On the off chance neither works you'll need to contact ASRock Technical Support http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp" rel="nofollow - HERE

ASRock was on holiday last week owing to Chinese New Year. They are back this week however, I am sure they will get back to you as soon as possible. Bare in mind they will have to deal with a backlog of support requests however.

" rel="nofollow - The MAC Tool is only available for Microsoft Based platform ? Not for ETHOS or Unbuntu or Linux ? Because I am mining ethereum with BTC PRO H110 and I have this same problem and I need this tool as soon as possible. Because I cant reboot automatically I always need to press F1. If I could disable this F1 somewhere it would be nice.
