We will need a little more info, system specs etc.

Or do you mean the DVD auto run feature gives that error?

Ok, no problem at all, you are better off doing the following anyway:

1. Go http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H170M%20Pro4S/?cat=Download&os=All" rel="nofollow - here , download and install "ASRock App Shop".
2. Go to the "Setting" tab and select the appropriate region for your area.
3. Click the "Bios & Drivers" tab
4. Check all the boxes except for BIOS updates
5. Click update

I generally do not recommend updating the BIOS unless there is a specific need to do so. If the system is working as it should be then leave the BIOS as it is.

If you follow all these steps you should have your system drivers all fully loaded and up to date by the end of it in one easy, painless step.

I suspect your board may have been packaged with an incorrect driver disk, most likely by the outlet you purchased it from. I never use the supplied driver disk anyway on my own builds as the product page will have all the latest drivers available for download. App Shop is fast, intuitive, easy to use and ensures all your drivers are installed and up to date. Opening the app again later and clicking the "Bios & Drivers" tab again at a later date will display any new updated drivers for you to install.

Take a look http://www.asrock.com/microsite/Win7Install/" rel="nofollow - here , this will help you install windows 7 with proper keyboard and mouse support. Windows 7 does not have native drivers for USB 3.0 and as a result of this the mouse will not work. It is a well known issue with Windows 7 and Intel's 100 series Chipsets. ASRock have created a fix which you can find in the link above.
