Hi,
I have a motherboard from Asrock model H81M-VG4 with Intel i3 4130 with 3.40Ghz and 4G RAM. I put Windows 10 about one year or less, but recently I start to have problems of freeze (May be starting December 2015 or January 2016). When I'm working with the computer (like navigator and word office opened or may be a navigator and a normal game like World of Warcraft), going freeze and only I can push reset button. I try to format the computer with windows 10, and again the problem is there. Trying to install windows 7 and then, upgrade windows 10 and the problem again is there. If I use windows 7, there is no problem of freezing. I have do a memtest and everything is ok, and with format the system is clean, so there is no software problem and I update the BIOS to v1.50 and try to change the virtual memory paging file size. This problem is the same with other computer that I had, with motherboard Asrock model H81M-VG4 R2.0 with Intel i3 4170 and 4G RAM.
So with that information, I have thought there is a problem with this version of Motherboard and may be any patch of Windows 10, because at first I don't had any problem of freezing with windows 10, but both computers start at same time to freezing (for that I think a KB version problem).
Please, if anyone of Asrock experts can see this because I can't update to windows 10, and I don't have any form to know what KB version do this incompatibility. As I have said, I can work with Windows 7 without problems, everything go perfect, only if I upgrade to Windows 10 and install the patch from Windows update, start this problem.
Thank you very much,
Iridtur
